As a photographer, illustrator, designer and visual artist, I bring a unique mix of skills and perspectives to my work. My multidisciplinary approach is motivated by the desire to find new forms of expression.
With a background in communications and a postgraduate degree in art history, I have developed a unique perspective on how to direct my work. My experience working with large companies in advertising and design has given me a deep understanding of how people perceive the materials I produce and how mass communication works. I bring all this experience to my current work, both commercial and authorial.
My artistic work began when I was still very young, but it is most marked by the series of photographs I took around 2010, in which I sought to portray images of the city and interior of São Paulo in search of a personal language. This work led to my first solo exhibition. After this period, I was lost as to which path to follow until I found myself in the series of objects that I still photograph today and from where I began to introduce new techniques such as 3D illustration, sculpture and vector illustration.
Today, as a photographer and illustrator, I develop materials for both the web and graphic production. He also works as an experimental artist exploring new forms of expression. My extensive experience in advertising photography has given me a critical look at the image and its structure, while my work as an art director has given me another perspective on how to organize visual content.
Como fotógrafo, ilustrador, designer e artista visual, eu trago uma mistura única de habilidades e perspectivas para o meu trabalho. Minha abordagem multidisciplinar é motivada pelo desejo de encontrar novas formas de expressão.
Com formação em comunicação e pós-graduação em história da arte, desenvolvi uma perspectiva única sobre como direcionar meu trabalho. Minha experiência trabalhando com grandes empresas em publicidade e design me deu um profundo entendimento de como as pessoas percebem os materiais que produzo e o funcionamento da comunicação de massa. Eu trago toda essa experiência para o meu trabalho atual, tanto comercial quanto autoral.
Meu trabalho artístico começou quando eu era ainda muito jovem, mas é mais marcado pelas séries de fotografias que fiz por volta de 2010, nas quais buscava retratar imagens da cidade e do interior de São Paulo em busca de uma linguagem pessoal. Esse trabalho levou à minha primeira exposição individual. Depois desse período, fiquei perdido sobre qual caminho seguir até me reencontrar nas séries de objetos que fotografo até hoje e de onde comecei a introduzir novas técnicas como ilustração 3D, escultura e ilustração vetorial.
Hoje, como fotógrafo e ilustrador, desenvolvo materiais tanto para web quanto para produção gráfica. Também atuo como artista experimental explorando novas formas de expressão. Minha extensa experiência em fotografia publicitária me deu um olhar crítico para a imagem e sua estrutura, enquanto meu trabalho como diretor de arte me proporcionou outra perspectiva sobre como organizar o conteúdo visual.
